NHS Dentist Fulham is looking for a Treatment Coordinator with dental background to join our multi-disciplined team at our North End Road practice.

NHS Dentist is a well-established busy NHS dental practice in Fulham and Earl's Court.

We are an innovative practice working to very high standards with British Dental Association Gold Membership, Investors in People Gold Award and Infection Control Gold standard.

The practice is at an exciting point of expansion with real scope to make your mark. We are one of the largest NHS dental practice in UK consisting of 14 new modern surgeries.

The role of Treatment Coordinator involves:

  • Holding non-clinical consultations for new or existing patients who are not sure about the options available to them or do not want to commit fully at the point of the first phone call

Helping dentists with their treatment planning, such as:
a. Entering the prescribed treatment plan onto the software
b. Collating consents and estimates
c. Gathering information sheets relevant to the case


  • Helping dentists with the treatment presentation once the dentist has explained all of the options, risks and fees.
TCOs are highly skilled members of the team. They're experts at building relationships, building value and have exceptional verbal skills.

The role needs to be performed consistently and to a high standard, ensuring that every patient's experience of the practice is of a high quality.

Salary:
From £15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, SW6 1NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- dental background: 1 year (required)
