The Head of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for shaping the enterprise talent acquisition strategy, talent pipeline programs, and driving alignment of strategic diversity partnerships to enable and build a competitive advantage through the acquisition of high-calibre talent.


In this role, you will set the recruitment strategy and vision for the enterprise, including early career programs, employer brand, and diversity partnerships to institute best practices.

You will lead a team of regional leads who drive the strategy in each of our markets (US, APAC, EMEA, Poland, and India).

You will have strategic talent advisory responsibility and oversight for Investment Management, Sales/Distribution, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Tech and Operations, and more.

This position is open in multiple locations, including

  • North America: St. Petersburg, FL, San Mateo, CA, Baltimore, MD, New York, NY, Toronto, ON
  • UK: London and Edinburgh
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office).


What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Head of Global Talent Acquisition?- Develop and lead the enterprise talent recruitment and sourcing strategy, direction and governance for Talent Acquisition to proactively align with key business strategies and ensure compliance within regions.- Directs the enterprise talent recruitment strategy to identify, attract and onboard top talent (includes the activities of branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, selecting and hiring).- Drive the selection and adoption of new talent programs, tools, technology and outsourcing partners to transform and evolve the capabilities and effectiveness of function.- Act as a strategic talent acquisition leader with Chief Diversity Officer and Human Resources Business Partners in the development of growth and talent acquisition diversity strategies to reach line of business goals and objectives.- Implement talent acquisition recruiting metrics that demonstrate a high return on investment to build a proactive talent plan.- Establish the talent acquisition objectives and operational plans to ensure performance results are achieved.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Significant experience in leading a global Talent Acquisition function within the financial services industry, preferably within Asset Management- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives- Demonstrated ability to drive programs, lead people through change, and meet deliverables in a complex environment- Demonstrated expertise in leading vendor/partner relationships, and driving return on investment- Ability to lead and support executive level and complex hiring- Ability to utilize measurement tools to examine effectiveness of how we are managing our business with credible data- Strong understanding of Investment Management, Distribution, Product, Marketing and Technology- Strong stakeholder and client management skills- Ability to lead, influence and gain commitment in a multi-cultural environment- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization- In-depth business management knowledge to establish direction and priorities and technical expertise Proven leader who looks for opportunities to grow capabilities in the team
