About The Role
We are now looking for Compliance Administrator to join the Compliance Team, based in our Hereford Head Office.

You will join a professional and dedicated team, who pride themselves on ensuring that the business remains compliant to all regulatory, statutory and industry standards.

Reporting to Head of Compliance, as Compliance Administrator you will provide day to day support to the Compliance Team, assisting with the development of the processes, documentation and associated frameworks used by Compliance.


Some of your other key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the maintenance and updating of compliance policies and procedures, as well as the maintenance and development of existing internal Compliance systems, including risk, audit, and corrective action processes.
  • Ensuring all Compliance documentation is organised and maintained appropriately, including document control and administration of the Business Management Systems.
  • Support the Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) process under the Data Protection Act.
  • Assist in responding to client questionnaires.
  • Provide support to the team and wider business from an administrative and compliance perspective.
  • Prepare for approval communications to internal and external stakeholders on regulatory and legal changes.

About You

  • You will be curious enough to constantly look for ways in how the processes can be improved.
  • You will work collaboratively, and communicate well to build effective business relationships both, companywide, and with external organisations and stakeholders.
  • You will be an efficient user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. In addition, an ability to quickly learn and use inhouse computer software will be essential.
  • You will take pride in your work and that of your colleagues, and always act in a respectful, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Finally, excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate records, problem solving skills and ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must to be successful in this role.
