Location:

Salary:
Up to £30,000 - DOE + Competitive benefits & Hybrid Working

The Company:

We are working with a charted insurance broker who are looking for a Broking Team Leader to join their Manchester office.

This is a established insurance broker who offer a supportive working culture throughout all their offices, situated all over the UK.

The Role:

Supervising and managing a team of Broking Technicians to meet agreed pre-defined individual and team KPI's for income, customer satisfaction, complaints, and compliance.

To ensure service standards are delivered in terms of providing advice to clients and the vast network of brokers and insurers

Developing cross sales opportunities by highlighting appropriate products which meet clients risk profile and exposure.

The Required Skills:

Management experience within Insurance is essential, within commercial insurance is desirable.

Good communication, time management and customer service skills

Experience working in a role that is FCA regulated
