Monday to Friday, One Location - Working on a site located in Aylesbury

10 Hours Per Week including scheduled bank holidays depending on shift rota accepted. + Overtime on scheduled breaks

52 Weeks Per Year

Monthly Salary - £ Over Time

£11.00 Per Hour +

Monday - Friday - 6am to 10am

Started in 2015, JT Cleaning has built from a small, single operated, domestic cleaning business, to now where we have high value commercial cleaning contracts with a large team of skilled cleaning professionals working around the clock to keep our operation running.

Here at JT Cleaning we have worked hard to ensure that all our friendly team are looked after and have all of the training and equipment needed to delivery a first class job to our valued customers:

• We will always give you an induction to any site before you start
• We will give you full, onsite training to help you acheive our high standards
• We will visit you regulary to make sure you are happy at work, address any issues we work when you work so we are always on hand to help
• We will always make sure you have a full stocked cleaning cupboard
• We will always pay you on time, and if there was ever a mistake with your wages, correct this immediately
• We are oncall 24/7 to help you with any emergency whilst at work
• We will always pay above the national minimum wage, and provide you an opporunity to do overtime, as and when available
• We will encourage you to progress if you wish to do so, all of our current management team have progressed with JT Cleaning
• We will provide you with a contract of employment, and access to our HR Department

In return you will become a qualified cleaner by:

• Acheiving high cleaning standards
• Have good timekeeping and be reliable
• Be an ambassador for JT Cleaning
