**About the Social Agency:Award winning, renowned, social first agency has an exciting opportunity for an experienced client handler with social expertise to join their growing team. This creative social agency has an HQ in central London and is currently expanding globally. Specialisingin social for big name consumer / FMCG brands, their work covers social activations, creator/influencer work, community driven content and paid social. They work with some of the most recognisable global brands in the FMCG and consumer space and have beenbehind some of the most viral work on social from consumer brands. They've picked up a plethora of awards (including a Cannes Lions) and have a dynamic, social and vibrant working environment.

**About the Social Account Manager: The Social Account Manager will report into the Account Director and is all about growth as wellbeing a bridge between clients and the internal team to deliver exciting, creative and award winning social media programmes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients, delivering existing social campaigns and upselling to existing clients
  • Acting as a key liaison between the client and the internal teams to deliver worldclass social media programmes, in conjunction with the Account Director
  • Helping build and direct the client's communication campaigns ensuring their objectives are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Managing the day to day social media programmes ensuring a high quality of output and that everything happens on time and on budget
**About you as the Social Account Manager: You'll have a passion for social and will be looking to take your next step at a top social first agency, where you'll have the opportunity to deliver award winning social work for household name brands.


Skills and experience needed Social Account Manager role:

  • Agency experience
  • Experience in, and a passion for, social and or influencer work
  • Experience working on consumer/FMCG brands
  • Detail orientated, creative thinker and a solutions focused approach to work
