Job Description Practice Content Lead (International) - Allergan Aesthetics**- Ideally based in Marlow, United Kingdom with 3/2 flexible working and up to 25% International travel but other locations will be considered.

Role Objectives


As part of the International Practice Development Team in the Customer Experience Pillar, the Practice Content Lead plays a pivotal role in the creation, deployment and management of practice development resources and educational programmes targeted at key stakeholders in medical aesthetic practices.


With the objective of differentiating the Allergan Aesthetics customer experience, the Content Lead works closely with cross-functional and country teams, industry experts and opinion leaders to create engaging, effective and innovative content that supports medical aesthetics customers to optimise and grow their practice.


This role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and project management skills to ensure that the content is delivered to the right target customer, through the right channel at the right time.


Key responsibilities:


Lead the end-to-end process for content development from needs analysis, design, approval, to country cascade and evaluation.

  • Identify and collaborate with internal and external industry experts, opinion leaders and agencies across the globe to cocreate content and validate its feasibility, accuracy and relevancy.
  • Determines the right channel for delivery of the content (face to face, digital, virtual, blended) for an integrated customer experience.
  • Utilize user experience and instructional design principles to create content that is interactive, engaging, and supports various engagement styles.
  • Ensure that all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines whilst upholding high standards for quality, accuracy, compliance and relevance in all content produced.

Champion and support implementation of programmes across functions and countries.

  • Work closely with crossfunctional and country teams, including marketing, sales enablement, training and capabilities, medical education, legal, compliance, business technology to ensure content is aligned with overall organisational and programme objectives.
  • Directs and advises countries on localisation and implementation of content and programme.

Direct and execute an impactful content strategy that aligns with customer needs and organisational overall goals and objectives.

  • Conduct research to stay updated on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Ensure that the content strategy remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to map content and drive prioritisation of content.

Qualifications Qualifications**:


  • A degree, desirable in Business, Humanities, Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the business of medical aesthetics and practice management to lead, design and develop customercentric and behaviour changing content. Desirably, across several countries.
  • Established experience in Marketing or/and other customerfacing roles.
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience in running or supporting small and mediumsized enterprises in business development and management.
  • Experience of working with business stakeholders to deliver an endtoend project, from original insight to inmarket launch.
