Our client is an excellent law firm within the West Midlands, acting for businesses from start-up to sale.

Our client is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join the thriving Commercial Team which forms part of the wider Business Services Department.

Theteam handles a varied non-contentious workload for owner managed businesses and corporates. This is an excellent opportunity for junior and senior Commercial Solicitors to join an exciting team.


Commercial solicitor role:


The ideal commercial solicitor will provide technically accurate and practical advice to clients in a broad range of non-contentious areas including but not limited to; commercial contracts, distribution, T&Cs, IP, and consumer law.

Working closely withclients to develop key relationships providing a bespoke service.


Commercial solicitor desired skills and experience:

  • A desire to have direct client contact and maintain/build relationships
