I am delighted to be recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join an online based company and support with the development and delivery of the company strategy.

You must have a proven track record of successfully growing on-line sales and profitgrowth through existing channels and marketplaces. Offering a salary of up to £45000 per annum, you will be expected to work towards continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing the team, to ensure that agreed targets are achieved and creating a culture of high performance
Take ownership for and drive ecommerce sales performance across all sales channels
Develop digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness
Identify and develop new market opportunities to deliver sustainable and profitable growth
Support the team in carrying out competitor analysis and product research
Work closely with the Purchasing department on monthly forecasting and also for new products and new marketplaces

The Person

Ability to understand sales and pricing and forecast trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse, understand and interpret large amounts of data
Strong communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels and motivate the team
Excellent awareness of economic, market and consumer trends
A handson leader who demonstrates initiative and has a positive and professional attitude
