**Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Swinton, Greater Manchester**Long established and growing high street firm in Swinton are looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (guideline of at least 1 years PQE) to join their developing Conveyancing department.

The firm currently have an established residential conveyancing team, with 5 fee earners split across the two offices and are looking to recruit an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

You'll be based primarily in Swinton, howeverhave some movement between the other local office and handle predominantly Residential Conveyancing matters with a small amount of Commercial Property cases also.

You will likely be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) with experience of handling the full range of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.

Commercial experience is preferable but not essential, however an interestin gaining exposure to Commercial Property matters would be ideal.

The role will mainly be based in North Manchester, however regular visits will be required to the firms other office in South Manchester, therefore a driving licence and car are essential.
