Senior PPC Analyst - Up to £50,000 DOE - Leeds (Hybrid Working) - Retail
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be a leading figure in the marketing team managing the Paid Search activity across two brands.
You'll also be able to identify and carry out continual testing to improve campaign performance and work with the wider team to enhance the customer journey and optimise landing page conversion rates.
You will be responsible for large-scale budget management and forecasting, provide reports and insights for stakeholders, and analyse sales funnels and customer intent.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Create and deliver effective paid search strategies
- Oversee accounts on search platforms
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain a higher ROAS and ensure efficient CPA targets are met.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and highlight problems
- Produce regular reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends through training and CPD
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in PPC
- Strong experience in analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, Pmax, Data Studio, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong with numbers
Beneficial:

- Experience managing Paid Social budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
