Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and followups.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Prepare salesrelated documents such as contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Support the team in organizing sales events or promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong administrative abilities to handle various office tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus.
Job Types:

Pay:
£38,729.60 per year
