Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.


Duties:


  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and followups.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Prepare salesrelated documents such as contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Support the team in organizing sales events or promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong administrative abilities to handle various office tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£38,729.60 per year
