  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
