'''Duties'''- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
