The Blakeney Hotel is a four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned Hotel located in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney harbour.
The Hotel is popular with both visitors to the beautiful North Norfolk coast and locals alike.
We are looking for someone capable of using their own initiative to compliment our small & friendly team providing efficient support to the proprietor & senior management.
Duties to include:
- Diary management
- Meeting planning and minute taking
- Maintain accurate records for purchasing and room refurbishments
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Copy and audio typing
- HR admin support
- Dealing with guest correspondence and complaints
- General Office Management
- Professional approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Trustworthy with the ability to keep information confidential
- Secretarial and general administrative skills
- A proactive multitasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and a varied workload
- An interest in social media and marketing
