About Our Client:
A purpose led organisation committed to supporting sustainable development and economic growth in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
This is a business management role coordinating across multiple teams in Corporate Affairs, Policy, Partnerships, Finance and Business Services to deliver high quality support on corporate planning activities.
- Assist in developing and delivering internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications plans
- Maintain project documentation and tools to ensure and continuously improve good levels of communication
- Develop, coordinate and maintain a plan of activities to achieve key milestones and deliver the corporate plan
- Support management reporting duties through preparation of papers and reports
- Support external and internal events
- Maintain planners and action trackers, ensuring fitforpurpose templates and processes are in place
- Coordinate scheduling and planning of meetings
- Ensure effective management and updates to action trackers, planners, and other documentation
The Successful Applicant:
- A degree in business, management or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- A selfstarter with ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to analyse and present data in clear written and visual format
- Previous proven delivery in collating and presenting management information
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent IT skills including across Microsoft 36
- A proven track record of delivering excellent internal customer service
