This is a business management role coordinating across multiple teams in Corporate Affairs, Policy, Partnerships, Finance and Business Services to deliver high quality support on corporate planning activities.

The post holder will oversee activities relating to planning and coordinating activities, meetings and events relating to corporate planning, including;

  • Assist in developing and delivering internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications plans
  • Maintain project documentation and tools to ensure and continuously improve good levels of communication
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain a plan of activities to achieve key milestones and deliver the corporate plan
  • Support management reporting duties through preparation of papers and reports
  • Support external and internal events
  • Maintain planners and action trackers, ensuring fitforpurpose templates and processes are in place
  • Coordinate scheduling and planning of meetings
  • Ensure effective management and updates to action trackers, planners, and other documentation

The Successful Applicant:


  • A degree in business, management or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
  • A selfstarter with ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to analyse and present data in clear written and visual format
  • Previous proven delivery in collating and presenting management information
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent IT skills including across Microsoft 36
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent internal customer service
