RCB Cleaning & Support Services are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant

Working Hours:
Monday till Friday 8-4pm, based at our office in Chesterton

  • Finding alternative cover for Absents and holidays
  • Answering Phone calls and passing on messages to the correct department
  • Updating the planning system
  • Declining or authorising holiday request forms
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Employee & HR Support
  • Communicating with customers
  • Assisting our on call team with out of hour calls
  • Admin work
An FLT License would be advantageous but is not a requirement as full training will be provided.

Qualifications and Experience is not required, but a can do attitude and the willingness to learn is essential.

We have an impressive portfolio of clients which includes retail and wholesale warehouses, distribution centres, schools, sterilisation plants and leisure complexes plus many other companies based within the manufacturing sector.

We also have our own range of cleaning products which means that whatever your site requirements are, we will always have the right cleaning product available to get the job done.
