About Your Role, The Responsibilities:
As a Investment Analysis Manager/assistant Manager,

  • Participate and support the analysts Investments'Real Estate portfolio
  • Support in the analysis of prospective real estate transactions across sectors
(e.g. residential, logistics, office, etc.)

  • Explore the Real Estate Investment equity Partners (e.g. from funds, Private Equity,
Insurance Funds, family office);

  • Managing investment due diligence on acquisitions
  • Specialist real estate investor relations
  • Supporting the execution of client solution strategies for existing and new Real
Estate Equity investors with a particular focus on Build to sale

  • Evaluating the attractiveness of investment opportunities
  • Tracking portfolio performance and managing portfolio reporting

Requirement:
What You'll Need

  • A background in Real Estate, such as manager research, practitioner or analysis
specialist at an investment consultancy, asset manager or in-house team of an
asset owner).

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • An existing Real Estate investor and consultant network primarily across UK and
Global

  • Significant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets and evaluate calculation of Investment
Analysis Model.

  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
