Graduates with a 2.2 or above degree (preferred, but not required).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Networking to find top talent.
Sifting through CVs and selecting the best fit.
Crafting effective job advertisements.
Conducting interviews and closing deals.
Earning unlimited commission.

OTE:
£24,000 (basic salary) - £40,000_

2nd Year

OTE:
£40,000 - £70,000_

3rd Year

OTE:
£70,000 - £100,000_
