A safety tech solutions start-up is seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate to collaborate closely with the Head of Operations.

You will be working on projects shaping corporate strategy, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute strategic projects to support business goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders across a range or projects.
Develop project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and deadlines, and resources required.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, playing a key role in data monitoring through collection and analysis.

Requirements:

Background from a consulting firm or experience working in projects with consulting firms.
Project management experience, preferably in a startup.
Friendly, proactive, and helpful personality.
Generalist background.
