Sales Support Administrator
Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator?
Do you have excellent Customer Service skills?
If so I may have the role for you
OA are working with a client based in Bedford who are looking for a
Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
Our client produces steel panel radiators, combi boilers, high capacity boilers and much more so knowledge and experiencewithin the plumbing and heating industry is desirable.
Job details:
- £25k - £28kpa
- Monday
- Friday
- 8am 5pm (1hour lunch break)
- Office Based
- Permanent
Responsibilities for the
Sales Support Administrator:
- Processing customer sales, invoicing, picking and delivering notes
- Tracking orders, notifying late deliveries as well as collection failures to customers and logistic departments
- Answering enquiries in regards to faults reported by endusers, installers and engineers ie boiler products.
- Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience within the plumbing and heating industry is desirable
- Strong Administrator
- Openminded
- Able to meet deadlines
