Conrad Connect are currently looking for an experienced Lead Document Controller to join a family run business in St Albans.


This construction company are looking for somebody with a main contractor background, who can hit the ground running and can get stuck in themselves whilst managing a team of 7 document controllers.

What your main responsibilities as a Senior Document Controller will involve:

  • Managing a team of 7 document controllers
  • Maintaining documents and revisions to the EDMS to ensure complete and up to date repository of information that is correctly audited from all parties
  • Supervise and manage the documentation
  • General scanning/photocopying as and when required
  • Visit different Sites as and when required
What you will need to be a Senior Document Controller:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Senior Document Controller
  • Good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 19650 and how to implement this
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbally and written
  • Experience of using EDMS
  • A main contractor background
