I'm recruiting for a friendly, medium-sized consultancy for a Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

You can come in at any level and work your way up as high as you can - a lot of their senior team all joined as Graduates.

The head of Building Surveying is well-established in the area and office, lots of stability in their leadership of the Building Surveying team

Lots of variety in the work - a mix of sectors including offices, industrial and retail where you'll be carrying out a mixture of Technical Due Diligence and dilapidations, as well as the usual surveys and project work

Full flexi-working in effect - no set days or times needed to be in the office or at home. Most people are in the office just twice a week (and the office is brand new as well)
