Position:
Customer Service Representative
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
- Receive, process and track jobs from customers.
- Create new works orders as needed.
- Provide information to customers inperson or via phone line.
- Accurately record all information received into the company's management system.
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all new orders are received in the correct quantities and quality.
- Assist customers with any questions about our products or policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work both under pressure and with little or no pressure.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a great personality
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
