Position:
Customer Service Representative


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
  • Receive, process and track jobs from customers.
  • Create new works orders as needed.
  • Provide information to customers inperson or via phone line.
  • Accurately record all information received into the company's management system.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all new orders are received in the correct quantities and quality.
  • Assist customers with any questions about our products or policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work both under pressure and with little or no pressure.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a great personality

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
