Job title:
Guillotine Operator

Location:
South Kirkby

Hours of work:08:00 - 16:30

PAYE rate:
£13 - £15 per hour

Overtime is paid at 1.5x

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM ROLE

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a guillotine machine to cut materials according to specifications
Set up and adjust the machine for different cutting tasks
Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Inspect the quality of cut materials using calipers or other measuring tools
Assemble and package cut materials for further processing or shipment

Experience:

Previous experience operating a guillotine machine or similar equipment is preferred
Knowledge of garment construction, millwork, or machining is a plus
Familiarity with sewing machines and other tools used in the production process
Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
