Professional Indemnity Associate - Bristol - Hybrid - NQ-4 PQE

My client, a Top 40 UK law firm, are looking to expand their Professional and Financial Risks team by securing the next cohort of top professional indemnity solicitors.

The role is for a newly qualified solicitor, up to 4 years PQE.
The team handles a wide variety of claims against various professionals including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants and financial advisers.

The role largely involves _defending _liability claims both pre and post litigations, but also provide advice and representation on associated matters such as regulatory issues, risk management and Ombudsman complaints.


  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales or a comparative jurisdiction
  • Previous professional negligence experience is desirable;
  • However, litigation heavy seats are also strongly considered
