BPC Recruitment are a specialist consultancy who work with out clients throughout the UK within the construction and housbuilding sectors.

Currently we are working with a developer who is looking for experienced site managers to join their company.

The client has a number of developments in pipeline and you will be offered excellent scope and opportunities to progress.

Experience 5+ years, units with a UK housebuilder ESSENTIAL.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to get on well with a wide range of people.

Dependable and trustworthy team member.

Possess common sense and can demonstrate initiative.

Excellent customer service skills.

Compliant with company procedures and health and safety regulations.

Possess the skills, knowledge and experience in dealing with pre and post contract management, sub-contractor meetings and progress reports and programming.

Diligent, hardworking and work calmly under pressure.

CSCS card

Forklift driver

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project)

Must live within a commutable distance to site.
