Orsa Housing provides a holistic package of accommodation and 1-1 support to empower people to make positive changes.

We offer advice and guidance as well as practical support to provide solutions to some of the barriers that prevent an independent and healthy lifestyle.

Orsa Independent Living (OIL) has been developed to provide a 24/7 supported accommodation service for care leavers aged 16 and 17, who are either leaving local authority residential care or have been in a foster placement and require continued support to enable them to be tenancy ready and live independently.

Orsa are not just looking for experienced and qualified people to apply; we are also looking for individuals that want to be part of a family that endeavours to support and nurture each other at work as well as all the perks that come with working with a forward thinking and unique organisation that encourages personal growth and development.
