Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
