- Produce spares parts quotations for Aerzen Machines Limited to agreed standards
- Process spare parts orders in timely and efficient manner
- Work alongside other departmental employees to maximise resource, ensuring customers need to be dealt with satisfactorily and quickly.
- Arrange delivery of customers goods through system
- Help to cover Stock Controller if not available
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must ideally be able to perform all of the above essential duties satisfactorily.
Experience
Engineering based Company.
Language skills
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Computer skills
Ideally, should have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word,
Excel, Salesforce, Business central and outlook.
Certificates, licenses and registrations
Ideally, a full driving licence
Ideally, a full driving licence.
Physical demands
Ideally, the employee must be physically fit in order to carry out all the job responsibilities.
Location
Based at our offices in Loughton.
