Interim Residential Manager - Help make an impact - Support a home through winter pressures

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join a solo-bedded children's home as an Interim Residential Manager for approximately - 6 months to support them in regards to OFSTED prep and to support one of their specialist placements during the winterpressures.

Objective of your role within the service:

You will achieve this by:

Promoting wellbeing and taking the responsibility for day-to-day care

Developing safe, professional supportive and nurturing relationships with Residents

Working as part of a close-knit team

Promote, practice and comply with all policies, procedures and instructions

To participate in individual supervision, training and staff development opportunities as offered.

What are they looking for?

Previous experience as a Residential Manager/Registered Manager within Children's Services.
Restraint trained preferably.
