Working Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:00.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to predominately the Sales Department and on occasion support to the Finance Department such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with managing calendars.
Skills:
- Social media platform familiarity such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, knowledge of algorithms would be preferential (but not essential).
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of speed, accuracy and spelling.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for data entry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic clerical skills, such as filing, scanning, and record keeping.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Ability to adapt to computerised systems for managing information.
Job Types:

Salary:
£17,500.00-£21,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
