The role:
We are seeking to recruit a Technical Administrator embedded within the Engineering Function working on the Wales and Borders Core Valley Lines Transformation.
With experience of document/information control and/or supporting the administration of engineering activities, you will work with people in all different parts of this major project to help keep key project processes moving.
In a typical week you will:
- Management of project registers and trackers such as deviations from standards and proceed at risk forms
- Support the engineering team on project delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Engagement with the Client team on the exchange of review comments and approvals
- Management of licence allocations for key project systems
- Maintenance of critical scope summary documents and diagrams
- Adhoc support to the document control team, covering peaks of workload and absences
- Monitoring and upkeep of engineering dashboards and KPIs
- Experience of the full suite of Office 365 software
We want to hear from you if:
- Knowledge of SharePoint and ProjectWise highly desirable
- Experience of working within the Rail industry
