The Supply Room is currently looking for dedicated and
experienced Teaching Assistants to work with students aged 4-11 or 11-16 in Southampton, Hampshire.

If you possess a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis and are willing to support children of all abilities, then we want to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the classroom.

Your responsibilities may include providing one-on-one support, assisting with classwork, and creating inclusive learning environments to help all students thrive.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals with a background in support or care work, tutoring, sports coaching, psychology, or anyone with an interest in helping individuals with additional needs.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £85 - £90 per day, as well as the opportunity for fixed-term contracts with the potential for permanent placement within a local primary, secondary, or specialist school in Southampton.

Working hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Our client schools also offer temporary-to-permanent contracts lasting 16 weeks, with the possibility of permanent employment at the end of this period.
