Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience of working in a Reception environment
- Ability to plan workload where demands are constantly changing
- Proficient at general administration tasks

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide and distribute daily margin, revenue, on-time delivery and progress reports for the department in order to ensure KPI's are achieved
- Provide weekly Expediting Reports to specific individual customer requirements by working with the CSA's and submitting reports
- Provide Daily Margin Assessment Reports for distribution to the appropriate teams, department, branch and directors
- Manage the call flow of incoming and internal telephone calls across the CSD teams
- Provide daily and weekly reports for the CSD Manager
- Provide weekly checks on department compliance reports for Financial Approval, PO upload, Enquiry followups and OTE conversion
- Provide administration support cover for basic Document Control
- General administration tasks
- Monitor stationary and printer supplies for the department
