Join Our Team Head of Neighborhood Services (Temporary) - Hammersmith & Fulham

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creating safe and sustainable communities? Were seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of Head of Neighborhood Services (Temporary) in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a housing management strategy improvement plan.
Review and enhance policies and processes for housing management and sheltered services.
Utilize business intelligence and benchmarking data for service transformation.
Monitor statutory KPIs and LPIs, setting and monitoring performance targets.
Oversee overall budget management for Neighborhood Services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in housing management.
Excellent report writing skills and experience liaising with stakeholders.
Demonstrated people management experience, having led teams of 50 or more.
Ability to manage neighborhood offices, including sheltered accommodation.
Hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days working in the council/borough.
