**Production Administrator

  • Goldthorpe*
  • We are currently working alongside a manufacturing company, who are on the lookout for an outgoing, career driven, hardworking individual to join their team as a Production Administrator_

Benefits

  • Monday to Thursday pm & Friday pm
  • Salary between £21,000 and £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Duties include

  • Dealing with inbound / outbound calls
  • Maintaining work order information/planner
  • Use of Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
  • Logging and updating a stock database system
  • Updating customer accounts accurately and accordingly if needed
  • Booking out and assisting with shipments and collections
  • Overlooking accounts and dealing with queries
  • General other admin duties, as and when required

Requirements include

  • Previous experience working within an office based environment would be essential
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Must be both numerate and literate
  • Previous experience with use of bespoke systems not essential but would be an advantage
  • Must have good communication skills and feel confident providing excellent customer service
