Greenlight Highways Ltd is a progressive independent Traffic Management company based in the South of England offering a wide range of traffic management schemes for a variety of clients and specialising in 12DTraffic Management.

Due to continued success and expansion of the company, we are excited to announce the imminent opening of our brand new depot in Bridgewater.

Our highly experienced Operations Manager is looking to recruit multiple competent qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join the Bridgewater team.

About you:

You must be qualified to Lantra M1/M2 or SWQR Unit 2 as a minimum with relevant experience in the Traffic Management Industry.
You will also need a flexible approach to work as some weekend and night works will be required.
You'll understand the importance of building relationships with our customers, your colleagues and the general public and be able to work as part of a team.
Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and live within an hour commute to Bridgewater.
To install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management as per individual job specification provided by head office.
To complete all relevant paperwork associated with each individual job risk assessments, method statements, photographs.
Complete daily return sheets outlining all relevant information, submit to head office within timescale.
To work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the business, a combination of various shift patterns days, nights and weekends.
To establish, build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing clients, whilst upholding a professional representation of Greenlight Highways.
