    Head of Infrastructure & End-User Services, 12 month contract, £850 - £950 (Inside IR35)

    We're seeking an accomplished technology leader to oversee infrastructure and end-user support within a professional, service-driven organisation headquartered in London.

    You'll ensure colleagues – particularly senior and executive teams – experience a consistently seamless and dependable IT service across the business.

    This is a high-visibility leadership role in an outsourced environment, ideal for someone who blends operational excellence with a people-first mindset. You'll take ownership of day-to-day IT services, ensuring technology empowers rather than frustrates, and that every colleague feels supported, connected, and confident.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and continually improve the organisation's end-user support and IT operations.
    • Ensure a first-class experience for all colleagues, including VIP and executive users, with clear communication and swift issue resolution.
    • Oversee infrastructure and service delivery across a fully outsourced model, maintaining accountability and high standards from external partners.
    • Manage device provisioning (e.g. laptops, peripherals) and ensure reliable, secure access to tools and systems.
    • Champion a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement within IT services.
    • Partner with senior executives and the wider business to ensure technology services align with organisational goals and enable productivity.

    Experience & Expertise

    • Proven track record leading IT service delivery or infrastructure operations in complex, outsourced environments.
    • Background in professional services, financial services, or similarly high-expectation settings.
    • Deep understanding of end-user computing, executive support, and service quality management.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – calm, credible, and effective when interacting with senior business leaders.
    • Able to translate technical activity into business value and measurable user experience improvements.

    This is a visible and meaningful leadership post for someone who takes pride in service quality, operational rigour, and colleague experience. You'll work closely with a forward-thinking leader you will have the mandate to bring structure, care, and polish to the organisation's technology operations.
