KiddyKare are recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery based in Waterloo. The nursery is located centrally between two separate tube stations.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience preferable
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
  • Minimum two years early years' experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework

Your duties will include:

  • Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning
  • Working well in supporting the manager on the day to day running of the nursery
  • To give a passionate and positive outlook
  • Be able to deal with any conflict resolution while developing yourself and others through professional development and monitoring performance
