About us:

The Norfolk Cleaning Group is the leading provider of holiday homes, domestic and commercial cleaning services in Norfolk.

Along with cleaning services, we also offer gardening and maintenance, laundry and linen hire services, specialised services, and cleaning of carpets, upholstery, windows, fascia, and gutters.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic administrative support specialist to join our talented team

We are located in North Walsham, and this is where the role is based. You should therefore be able to commute there daily.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations for management
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems
  • Organise and manage digital and physical records
  • Provide administrative support for senior management, including scheduling, document preparation, and team coordination
  • Support the finance team in daytoto accounting tasks, assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders and expenses reports, monitor receivables, keep accurate financial records and work with the finance team as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain marketing materials, ensuring they are up totodate and accessible

Experience:


  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in administrative role or office management
  • Proven experience in marketing principles and familiarity with basic accountancy principles and financial documents, but not necessarily
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Salary:
£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
