We have a new contract in Milton Keynes which runs for approx 8 months.

We need 2 sub contractors who must have a CSCS card and your own tools, all materials will be supplied.

8 hours per day with overtime available.

Start date is the 20th of March. We work Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate is £21 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:_

Complete Joinery has a great opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter based in Milton Keynes to join our busy team to work on Modular Houses, initially fitting roofs.

Some things we need from you

• You will have served an apprenticeship in Carpentry and obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
• You will have experience of delivering multitrade work with additional trade skills
• You'll have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
• And have the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
• You will also have a right first time mentality and approach to your workmanship
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Must have your transport and tools

NVQ / City and Guilds / apprentice served._

• Ability to read simple building plans.
• Ability to estimate quantity of materials required for a project.
• Ability to work independently and with a work crew.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools required

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
