NEW opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist recruitment agency based in Harrogate.

As BDE/180 Sales Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts and expanding their customer base.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and ultimately close deals, while also managing ongoing relationships with existing customers.

You'll be the key point of contact for new clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients, developing and executing strategic outreach plans to drive sales growth.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and effectively communicate the value of our client's needs, addressing inquiries and objections throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Manage the database to spot opportunities, understand market changes and gain knowledge of ongoing and future business requirements.
Create customer relationships and develop new contacts within the database for sales targeting.
Achieve personal targets, team targets and KPI's.
Present the company to potential clients.

Attractive package of base salary up to £50k + uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of upwards of £50k

This is a full time role, office based and hybrid could be considered.
