Customer Service Administrator
Permanent Contract (from day one)

Chadderton, Oldham, OL9

Days: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm

We have a fantastic permanent position available, to join our established client, who deal with the importing business.

Person Spec:


  • Peoples person, bright and ambitious
  • Experience of working in a customer service/admin environment
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent customer service and written skills
  • Driven and has a "Can Do Attitude"
  • Team player
  • Can perform well under pressure

Duties:


  • Inputting of orders and booking in
  • Responsible for the sales mailboxes
  • Managing deliveries and arranging the despatch of goods
  • Answering calls and handling customer orders
  • Working clearly and professional with your team
  • Taking inbound service calls
  • Offer excellent customer services at all times

Benefits:

22 days holidays (plus all bank holidays)

Holidays increase after each year worked, capped at 25 days.

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
