Customer Service Administrator
Permanent Contract (from day one)
Chadderton, Oldham, OL9
Days: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
We have a fantastic permanent position available, to join our established client, who deal with the importing business.

Person Spec:
- Peoples person, bright and ambitious
- Experience of working in a customer service/admin environment
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Have excellent customer service and written skills
- Driven and has a "Can Do Attitude"
- Team player
- Can perform well under pressure
Duties:
- Inputting of orders and booking in
- Responsible for the sales mailboxes
- Managing deliveries and arranging the despatch of goods
- Answering calls and handling customer orders
- Working clearly and professional with your team
- Taking inbound service calls
- Offer excellent customer services at all times
Benefits:
22 days holidays (plus all bank holidays)
Holidays increase after each year worked, capped at 25 days.
