Our client is a leading provider of utility surveying services, committed to delivering accurate and efficient solutions to our clients.

We specialise in mapping, locating, and assessing utility infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency in various construction and development projects.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Trainee Utility Surveyor.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the mapping and inspection of utility infrastructure, including lifting manhole covers, conducting surveys, and collecting data in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the identification and mapping of underground utility infrastructure.
Lift manhole covers and access points to conduct inspections and surveys.
Utilise surveying equipment and tools to collect accurate data.
Collaborate with experienced surveyors to learn best practices and techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, including manhole covers.
Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly.
Valid driving licence and reliable transportation preferred.
Previous experience in construction, surveying, or related field is a plus but not required.
