A degree in an engineering discipline

  • Professional membership with the Chartered Quality Institute
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 5 years' experience in a quality management role
  • ISO9001:2015 Senior Auditor certification
  • Proven experience in managing nonconformance within both internal and external supply chain
  • Knowledge of quality tools and techniques such as Lean, 5S, LPMS 13, and VSM
  • Experience with problemsolving tools such as 8D, DMAIC, FAI, A3, etc.
  • Familiarity with Project Management disciplines within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong ability to identify and implement change programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to develop and implement proactive reporting to drive and measure business improvements.


As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards, as well as leading continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
