If you have answered yes I would like to talk to you about this New Role

  • Your position will be to assist the Area Sales Manager & Senior Area Sales Manager with the Order Number Requests for the area with Head Office
  • Be the first point of contact with all suppliers and contractors for materials and works on the Park and requests quotes for materials or works from them
  • Work with Head Office Accounts to assist in checking and providing information for any residents issues
  • Assist with Health & Safety related tasks or issues on Park with the Area Sales Manager & Senior Area Sales Manager
  • Manage and help provide first contact for the Residents
  • Manage and assist with reception for receiving visitors, residents and new customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Assist with utility meter checks as required.
  • Assist with the maintaining of the database.
  • Assist, when required, the Senior Area Sales Manager with maintaining other Parks Databases
  • Manage and assist with signing in of visitors and maintaining key book.
  • Carry out Sales enquires, Park Tours and viewing of Homes, when required or when the Area Sales Manager is off Park
  • Assist with Sales Paperwork for the Area Sales Manager and Senior Area Sales Manager when required
  • Assist or carry out new customer handovers of homes when required
  • Assist with PDI checks of the homes and reporting back to the Manufacturers as required
  • Assist with the preparation of show homes to a condition of being able to be viewed by new customers
