The Opportunity:
We are currently looking Driver to join our Audi dealership in Stoke.
The role of a Driver is to provide a prompt collection and delivery service to our customers in the local area and to build customer relationships.
More about the role:
- Delivery and collection of customer vehicles for service or repair.
- Planning cost and time effective routes for collections and deliveries.
- Keeps colleagues informed of any delays or changes to plans.
- Ensures detailed handover to customers for all demo and replacement vehicles.
- Communicating to customers details of work completed, invoice and handover pack on vehicle return.
- Reporting customer issues to the Service/Sales Manager.
- Ensuring that any additional service or repair requirements identified by the customer are passed on to the Service team.
- Providing a lift service for customers wishing to be dropped off or picked up at a particular location.
- Talking to customers about new products and services.

- Previous driving experience (desirable)
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of managing own workload
