The Opportunity:

We are currently looking Driver to join our Audi dealership in Stoke.

The role of a Driver is to provide a prompt collection and delivery service to our customers in the local area and to build customer relationships.

More about the role:

Delivery and collection of customer vehicles for service or repair.
Planning cost and time effective routes for collections and deliveries.
Keeps colleagues informed of any delays or changes to plans.
Ensures detailed handover to customers for all demo and replacement vehicles.
Communicating to customers details of work completed, invoice and handover pack on vehicle return.
Reporting customer issues to the Service/Sales Manager.
Ensuring that any additional service or repair requirements identified by the customer are passed on to the Service team.
Providing a lift service for customers wishing to be dropped off or picked up at a particular location.
Talking to customers about new products and services.

Excellent Customer Service
Previous driving experience (desirable)
Good attention to detail
Experience of managing own workload
