What will you do?

A willingness to do some of your own advocacy will be helpful
Draft all necessary paperwork, negotiating settlements, including via round table meetings
Be able to work with Counsel where appropriate

What will you need?

To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
At least 15 yrs experience within family law
Good client relationship building skills
An understanding of pension sharing, as well as business and property valuations would be useful, but not essential
To work collaboratively with other members of the department
