Join our team and help us create and deliver data and AI training programs to our employees and clients.

  • We are open to discussing part time and full time roles between 20 hours and 37.5 hours per week._

What you will have


The Data & AI Academy team is looking for a Department Co-ordinator to support us in providing first class data training to the business, creating a strong data community and delivering development programmes for our rising stars.

You'll work with our trainers, ambassadors and wider stakeholders, supporting them to organise sessions, gather feedback, share pre and post training activities and support the department to work as efficiently as possible.

We've got a real focus on collaboration and continuous improvement and you'll help us build on our strong foundations to meet demand and drive more value and learning across the business.

What you will have

  • Experience in managing multiple projects or deadlines with great organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problemsolving skills.
  • A proactive, flexible and customeroriented attitude.

What you will be doing

  • You will coordinate the logistics and administration of the training sessions, supporting our data trainers, ambassadors and our successful development programmes.
  • You will support the pre and post training activities, such as surveys, feedback, handouts and queries from our learners.
  • You will support the department in its day to day activities, including the Data Leadership Network and Data Community elements.
  • You will pick up adhoc tasks across the department and wider team to support the efficient running of our operations.
