Global Insight Conferences, a market-leading conference company, is excited to offer a brand-new graduate scheme within their Production department for 2024. We are looking for bright, tenacious, ambitious, and highly able graduates to join us on what we know will be a rollercoaster year of professional learning, personal growth and, above all, career-start success
The GIC graduate scheme is like no other. Designed for university leavers with conference and events potential, it challenges from the start.

Trainees develop their event management skills in roles with real responsibility in several different areas of the department during the one-year programme.

At the same time, they work towards a permanent position on the completion of the year.

This is a fast-paced industry in which salaries are rising quickly. We're proud to be able to offer our Trainees £24,000 per annum, rising to £25,000 after 6 months.

GIC plays an important part in promoting the conferencing sector as an exciting career choice.

We look for the skills and attitudes that meet the needs of this fast-paced industry and each person is carefully mentored to ensure they reach their potential.

The Scheme
Trainees benefit from learning all elements of production, at each quarter learning a new skill.

At the end of the program you will be fully adept in all functionalities of the department and be well on your way to working towards an internal promotion plan.
